Beal's BBQ has been serving the greater Portland area slow cooked meats for over 10 years. Our trailer smokes on a hardwood fire (no pellets here, thank you!) producing a tender, juicy product that could convert a vegetarian.
We make everything from scratch. Our rubs, sauces, and dressings are shown love from the beginning. All recipes are passed down from a great self-taught BBQ man, Don Beal. He said it best when he said, "It's wheels for the sauce!" Slow cooked, smoked meats are great. Add our unbeatable sauce and it transcends itself.
Beal's BBQ isn't just for backyard picnic tables (although that's a hoot too!). We also do company events, birthdays, anniversary occasions, and weddings. Everyone loves it when the BBQ is out. "The Pit" rollin' smoke adds an incredible ambiance for any occasion.
